How to make ham steamed bun egg pancake (for two people)

6. Add salt, flower noodles and chopped green onion into the egg liquid and mix well.

7. Put the diced ham, onion, cucumber, and steamed bun together.

8. Put a little oil in the pan and heat it to 60% hot. Place a 6-inch heart-shaped loose-bottom cake mold upside down in the pan. If you want to make a round shape, you don't need a mold.

9. First pour a thin layer of egg liquid on it.

10. Then pour in a portion of the mixed ham, vegetables and steamed bun, with a thickness of about 2cm.

11. Pour in some egg liquid, until all the steamed buns and vegetables are covered with chicken liquid.

12. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for five minutes. Add a small amount of water to the pot during the process to prevent it from getting stuck.

13. After five minutes, open the lid of the pot, use a rice spatula to scoop up the rice and the mold together, place them on a plate, and use a small spoon to slowly help remove them from the mold. Arrange the decorations and serve.
