Homemade Garlic Tomato Pork Chops

1. Ask the supermarket to cut the pork into 0.5-0.8 cm thick pieces. After buying it, add soy sauce, salt, oil, baking soda, and garlic foam, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

2. Heat the pot to 70% to 80% hot and put in the pork chop. Fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.

3. Fried quail eggs. I don’t like eating uncooked food, so I fry the eggs until they are cooked.

4. After frying, place on oil-absorbing paper to absorb the oil.

5. While the pork chops are frying, put the spaghetti in another pot and cook until cooked.

7. Heat another pot, add chopped carrot, onion and broccoli, add 10ml water and cook.

8. Pour in tomato sauce and sugar, cook together for about 2 minutes, mix well, and the tomato sauce is ready.

9. When the pasta is cooked, put it on a plate. Also put the eggs and pork chops on the plate.

10. Pour the prepared tomato sauce on top and serve.
