1. Chop the onion, ginger, dried chili pepper, peppercorns and star anise and set aside.

2. Mix 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar and half a spoon of sugar and set aside.

3. Wash the cucumber, peel it, cut it into shreds and set aside.

4. Heat a wok, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, add onion, ginger, dried chili pepper, peppercorns and star anise and fry until fragrant.

5. Then remove the green onion, ginger, etc. and pour into the prepared soy sauce bowl.

6. Then cook on low heat and add a little chicken essence after turning off the heat.

7. Boil water and cook the noodles. Cook until the noodles are boiled twice.

8. Then take out the noodles, cool them down and drain the moisture.

9. Pour the prepared soy sauce into the noodles.

10. Stir well.

11. Serve on a plate and top with shredded cucumber.
