Ingredients

300g squash

300g beans

50g pork

5g onion and ginger each

3 grams of salt

1g each of five spice powder and MSG

10g cooking oil

Methods/Steps

Wash the squash, remove the pulp and cut into pieces.

Pick and wash the beans, remove them and drain the water.

Slice the pork, cut the green onion into sections, and cut the ginger into shreds.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, add five-spice powder, add the meat slices and stir-fry when the oil is 80%.

When the meat changes color, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add beans and stir-fry, then add squash and stir-fry.

Fry the beans until they turn emerald green, add salt and light soy sauce, then add water to the same level as the beans.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, add MSG, and serve.
