How to make yam paste steamed bread (diabetic recipe) (suitable for weight loss)

After a day's work, the body must be tired. Few people would spend a lot of time and effort to make complicated dishes at this time. You might as well consider some simple home-cooked dishes. The method of making Yitang Taro Steamed Buns (Diabetic Diet Recipe) (Suitable for Weight Loss) is very simple. It does not require too many procedures. You can easily make delicious dishes in just a few simple steps.

1. Add flour, sugar and salt into a food processor, stir well. Add yeast and then add milk. Use gear 1 or slow speed to stir for 2 minutes to form a dough. Use gear 3 or fast speed to stir until the dough is smooth. It will take about 10-15 minutes in total. (If you knead the dough by hand, you can search online for the techniques of making steamed buns and knead it into a ball until it is smooth.)

2. If you don’t have a fermentation box, cover it with a wet cloth that has been wrung out tightly. Leave it at room temperature until it has expanded to about twice its original size. The dough should not bounce back immediately when you poke a hole with your finger. (If it's over-proofed, the dough will collapse when you poke it with your finger and will smell sour.)

3. After rolling into a ball, put it into the fermentation box at 27 degrees for 30 minutes.

4. Take a small dough, flatten it with your hands, put the taro paste on it, and pinch it once according to the method of the slices.

5. Cut into 7 small doughs of about 60 grams each. Also take about 80 grams of taro paste and divide it into 7 parts. Roll them into balls and set aside.

6. Turn it 90 degrees again and pinch it again, and it is shaped. It is simpler and faster than making round buns, and there are more tricks, haha.

7. 7 pieces will fill up one pot, leaving enough space. Cover with lid and place in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes.

8. After proofing, the dough will be slightly more expanded than before. You can steam it with cold water and steam it over high heat for about 10 minutes.

9. Basically, when the whole steamed bun is puffy and smells fragrant, you can turn off the heat after 2 or 3 minutes. Take out the steamer after 1 minute. Don't keep it on the pot to avoid the steam soaking the bottom.

10. The delicious steamed corn bread with taro paste and milk flavor is ready. Take some time to try making it! ^@^

Whether you can enjoy delicious food is also an important reflection of the quality of life. The preparation of Yitang Taro Steamed Buns (Diabetic Diet Recipe) (Suitable for Weight Loss) is very simple and can give people a wonderful experience.
