How to make scallion oil cold noodles

The importance of diet to people is self-evident. No one should be careless about it. If possible, it is healthier to cook at home. The method of making scallion oil cold noodles is very simple. Friends who want to be healthy but don’t have good cooking skills may wish to learn it.

1. Wash the green onions, remove the white part and save it for other uses, leaving only the green part. Prepare dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and white sugar.

2. Cut the green onions into long sections, put salad oil into the pot, heat it up and add the onion sections to stir-fry until fragrant.

3. When the scallion segments turn golden yellow, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar into the pot, cook until bubbles appear and turn off the heat.

4. Place another pot, add water and bring to a boil, then put the noodles in and cook.

5. After the noodles are cooked, remove from the heat, cool and drain for later use.

6. Use a spoon to scoop two spoonfuls of scallion oil juice into the noodles, stir evenly and put it on a plate. The simple and refreshing scallion oil cold noodles are ready!

7. After the remaining scallion oil juice has cooled down, remove the scallion segments, pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate for later use.
