How to make the couple's set meal (whole persimmon rice)

After it is made, it can be cooked with various ingredients. It tastes very delicious. Friends who like to eat meat can eat it as much as they want without worrying about obesity.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the rice and put it in the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, two teaspoons of oil, three-quarters teaspoon of salt, and one-quarter teaspoon of black pepper, mix and stir (the water should be less than usual because tomatoes contain water)

3. Cut off the bottom part of the tomato.

4. Place a whole tomato in the middle and cover with a lid.

5. At this time, wash and break the broccoli into pieces, cut the carrots into strips, slice the cucumber, and rub the cooked corn into kernels for later use.

6. Put the broccoli and carrots in water, and be careful not to blanch them too much, otherwise they will taste bad. (Add two drops of oil and a pinch of salt to the water to prevent the vegetables from changing color)

7. Clean a pot and boil water in it. Put the beef in after the water boils and take it out after one minute of boiling.

8. Cut two slices of ginger and some green onion segments.

9. Boil water in a pot, put the beef in, add onion, ginger, star anise, light soy sauce, turn on high heat, cover and simmer. After the water boils, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

10. Now release the circuit breaker, sprinkle in corn kernels, cover it and let it sit for a while.

11. After steaming, remove the tomato skin.

12. Stir as much as you want.

13. Serve.

14. After the beef is stewed, place the meat on the rice, sprinkle with coriander, and serve.

15. Pour the remaining beef soup on the other portion and serve.

16. You can add some tomato sauce or salad dressing and pair it with a glass of lemonade or plum juice to make it more delicious.

17. A delicious couple meal is ready, enjoy it. (Okay, my two meals came out)
