How to make corn noodles (for two people)

1. Mix salt with flour and corn flour.

2. Add appropriate amount of warm water and mix into flocculent

3. Knead it into a smooth dough (it should be a bit drier)

4. Let it sit for 30 minutes, knead it every 10 minutes, and after three times, wet the cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour. Use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices, then brush the surface with oil or powder, fold it and cut it into small pieces
