How to make Shacha dry noodles

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. On the surface it may seem like a hassle-free experience, but from a health perspective it is a very bad habit. Caring for your health starts with diet. When it comes to diet, it starts with yourself. So below I will first introduce the method of making shacha dry noodles.

1.Cut all the ingredients and set aside.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to shacha sauce, dark soy sauce and soy sauce and set aside.

3. Add water to the pot and put the dried noodles into the pot 2-3 minutes before the water boils. Take out the noodles after about 2 minutes of cooking and immediately soak them in cold water for a while. Drain the water from the noodles.

4. Add appropriate amount of olive oil to the wok and stir-fry garlic and onion.

5. Add pork balls, fish slices and minced meat.

6. Stir-fry until cooked. Rise.

7. Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and bring to a boil.

8. Add a spoonful of shacha sauce.

9. Pour the cooked ingredients from step (6) back into the pan and stir-fry until well-seasoned.

10. Then pour the noodles into the pot.

11. Add vegetables and mix well.

12. Shacha dry noodles.
