How to make leek pork wontons

People who often go on business trips have no time to cook and can only eat out for dinner. Many people living in cities do not have time to cook. A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. Leek and pork wontons is a simple and easy dish to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Add the purchased pork filling into light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir in one direction!

2. Soak the peppercorns in about 100 grams of boiling water for a while, then remove the peppercorns and discard them!

3. When the pepper water is warm, add it to the minced meat little by little and continue stirring in one direction. Don’t add more when the minced meat is of moderate hardness! (Put pepper water to remove the meat smell and make it oily)

4. Add another egg and stir!

5. Add salt, chicken essence and sesame oil and stir until the meat filling is firm and smooth into a ball!

6. Add the chopped chives and mix well!

7. Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put the corners upwards and place it in the middle! (The wonton wrappers are bought ready-made)

8. Fold the upper and lower corners in half!

9. Fold it up again!

10. Dip the left and right corners in some water and pinch them tightly, and a wonton is ready!

11. All the wontons are wrapped!

12. Add wontons into the water and cook until it is three times boiled!

13. Put vinegar, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil and chopped green onion in a bowl! Put the wontons into a bowl and you can enjoy a bowl of fragrant wontons!
