Tomato and minced meat noodles

For many people, eating healthy is not easy. In fact, there are many home-cooked dishes that are very simple and not as difficult as some people think. 1. Marinate the minced meat with salt, cornstarch, a spoonful of soy sauce, and pepper for 15 minutes. Peel the tomatoes (optional) and cut them into small pieces.
