Method 1

Ingredients: 3 large pieces of pork skin, 8 cloves of garlic, 15g coriander, 25g white radish, 25g red radish, 1 sliced ​​chili, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon fine sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, half a sliced ​​ginger, 15g green onion

practice:

1. Wash the pig skin, clean the hair, and soak it in clean water for two hours. Then add cold water + ginger, onion + one star anise, bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Take out the pig and scrape off the fat under the skin while it is still hot. After pre-cooling, cut it into slices obliquely for later use.

2. Peel the red and white radishes, wash them, and cut them into thin strips. Blanch them in boiling water until cooked, then chill them immediately. Then slice the chili strips, wash the coriander, and cut it into small pieces.

3. Prepare the sauce. Mix fish sauce + soy sauce + fine sugar + a little chopped garlic + sesame oil + water together until well mixed. Add or reduce the seasoning according to your personal preference.

4. Then put the pork skin + shredded red and white radish + coriander + chili slices into a plate, pour the seasoning on the pork skin, stir until evenly mixed and then you can eat.

Ingredients: pig skin, cooking wine, ginger, salt, soy sauce, 250g braised pig skin, 30g green onion, 15g garlic clove, 20g coriander, 15g carrot, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon MSG

practice:

1. Blanch the pig skin, scrape off the remaining hair and grease, put it into the pot, add cooking wine, ginger, salt and soy sauce and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove from the pot when you can pierce through it with chopsticks and let it cool.

2. Prepare the braised pork skin.

3. Wash the coriander, green onions and garlic cloves. Cut the braised pork skin into shreds.

4. Cut the coriander into sections, the green onion into slices, and smash the garlic cloves before chopping them.

5. Put the coriander, onion, garlic and pork skin shreds together.

6. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, pour into the shredded pork skin, then add the shredded carrots and stir well.

Ingredients: 1 box of pig skin, salt, vinegar, onion, ginger, 1 star anise, sesame oil, chili oil, a little sugar, coriander
