How to make vegetarian steamed buns with leeks, eggs and mushrooms

1. Select, wash and chop the leeks, scramble the eggs, soak the vermicelli in boiling water and chop it, cut the fried dough sticks into pieces, and wash and chop the mushrooms.

9. Pinch the pleats in a zigzag shape counterclockwise to close the top. While pinching the pleats, you can use your left thumb to press the stuffing inwards to prevent it from leaking out.

10. Wrap and close.

11. The wrapped buns are so neat.

12. Steam in cold water for ten minutes and turn off the heat. The plump buns are ready.
