How to make vegetarian steamed buns with leeks, eggs and mushrooms

9. Pinch the pleats in a zigzag shape counterclockwise to close the top. While pinching the pleats, you can use your left thumb to press the stuffing inwards to prevent it from leaking out.

10. Wrap and close.

11. The wrapped buns are so neat.

12. Steam in cold water for ten minutes and turn off the heat. The plump buns are ready.
