1.Mix glutinous rice flour and warm water and knead into a uniform dough.

6. Repeat the process to coat all the dumplings with sesame seeds.

7. Pour most of the oil into the wok, heat it over high heat until it is 60% hot, then reduce the heat to medium-low, add the glutinous rice balls, and stir gently after the surface changes color.

8. When the surface of the glutinous rice balls is evenly browned, remove from the frying pan and drain the oil.

9. Serve on a plate and serve.
