How to make reunion dumplings

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. Reunion dumplings are simple to make, economical and affordable, and the nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. We might as well eat more of this delicacy in our daily life.

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Soak the beef in cold water for an hour to remove the blood, then cut the beef into large pieces.

3. Put it into a food processor and beat it into stuffing (hand-chopping is better), add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, and eggs, stir it in one direction, then add a spoonful of peanut oil and stir for a while

4. Add the chopped onions and continue to stir with chopsticks in one direction (stirring the meat filling in the same direction will make it firm and taste good). Cover the stuffing with the sauce and let it soak.

5. Prepare dumpling wrappers, using special dumpling flour (ordinary flour is also fine)

6. Add a little salt to the flour (so that the dumpling skin is more chewy)

7. Add water and stir the flour until it becomes flocculent

8. Knead into a ball (cover and let it rest for about 20 minutes)

9. Take out the relaxed dough, sprinkle a little dry flour, knead it again, roll it into long strips, and cut it into pieces of appropriate size.

10. Flatten and roll into thin slices

11. Wrap it into your favorite shape

12. Put it in the steamer (the steamer should be oiled to prevent sticking)

13. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat and steam for ten minutes. Turn off the heat, remove from the pot, and serve with a dish of homemade sweet and sour garlic or Laba garlic. It is guaranteed to be eaten in seconds.

Although cooking at home takes a little time, it is healthier and worth it. Reunion dumplings are simple to make and don’t take much time.
