How to make colorful dumplings (colorful vegetable dumplings)

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. 1. Prepare the ingredients. Flour, eggs.

6. Chop all the dumpling fillings into small pieces, add appropriate amounts of salt, MSG, sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine and mix well.

7. Take three equal amounts of flour, add an egg to each portion, and knead the flour with warm water.

8. Add rapeseed juice and carrot juice to one portion of the flour respectively, add an egg and appropriate amount of warm water to knead the dough.

9. Knead the three portions of dough and set them aside to let them rise naturally for a while. You can knead the dough again in the middle.

10. Take a portion of the green and red dough. Roll the green dough into long sheets, roll the red dough into strips and place them in the middle of the green dough.

11. Roll up the green dough and wrap it around the red noodles. The excess part can be cut off.

12. Roll it into a slightly round shape. Cut into small pieces of suitable size.

13. Use a rolling pin to roll out dumpling skins with green background and red flowers.

14. Use the same method to roll the green and white dough into noodles.

15. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dumpling skins into green with white flowers.

16. Use the same method to make dumpling wrappers with white background and red flowers.

17. Make dumplings.
