6. While the dough is rising, prepare the fillings. The beef filling is for two ingredients. Add water to the beef, a little at a time, stirring clockwise. Then add oil, seafood soy sauce, salt chicken powder, thirteen spices, and chopped green onion and ginger and mix well.

7. Take out some of the seasoned meat filling and add sauerkraut (prepared in advance).

8. Add oyster sauce, chopped mushrooms and chopped chili peppers to the other part and mix well.

9. Take out the dough and divide it into two parts. Knead it well, then roll it into long strips.

10. Pull Ji Zi.

11. Flatten the dough and knead it into a dough.

12. Then make the dumplings, steam them for 18 minutes and simmer for 2 minutes before serving. I forgot to take a picture after wrapping it. The ones without round edges are filled with sauerkraut, and the ones with round edges are filled with mushrooms.
