5. While the dough is fermenting, mix the meat filling. Add onions, minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper water, and half an egg to the beef filling in turn, stir well, and set aside.

6. Fully exhaust the two fermented doughs and knead them into smooth dough again.

7. Roll the white dough into long strips and the matcha dough into rectangular pieces.

8. Put the white noodles in the middle of the matcha dough sheet, roll up the matcha dough sheet to wrap the white noodles, apply a small amount of water on the joint to make it stick firmly.

9. Cut into even-sized dough pieces.

10. Roll into dumpling wrappers. Adjust while rolling to make the green edges as even as possible. Roll in groups of 5 and press down in the middle with chopsticks.

11. (The side with even green edges facing downwards)

12. Spread the meat filling evenly in the middle of the dumpling skin.

13. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half and wrap the meat filling. There is no need to glue the two sides of the dumpling wrapper tightly.

14. Roll up from left to right

15. Curl it up and stand it up. Does it look like a rose?

16. Make it one by one and put it into the drawer for secondary fermentation for 20 minutes.

17. Bring the water in the steamer to a boil and steam for 20 minutes on high heat. The green roses are so beautiful and the meat is so delicious.
