1. Pour 100 grams of corn oil into a pot and bring it to a boil. Then add it into 100 grams of flour and mix well for later use.

2. Wash and drain the shallots, cut into chopped green onions and set aside.

3. Add appropriate amount of sugar and a little salt to the flour, slowly pour 60-degree warm water into the flour and stir evenly.

4. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for one hour.

5. I divided the rested dough into four parts.

6. Take one of the pieces and roll it into long strips. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin rectangular slice.

7. Apply a thin layer of pastry on the dough, sprinkle with chopped green onion and cut into even pieces with a knife, being careful not to cut around the edges.

8. Then roll it up from one side, stretching it as you roll.

9. Roll from one end and make sure it is tightly rolled.

10. Roll up the pancake dough, make them all one by one, and let them rest for ten minutes.

11. Take a flattened pan, grease it with oil and put the dough in. Fry it slowly over low heat until both sides of the pancake are slightly yellow and cooked through.

12. Crispy, delicious and tasty.

Although the restaurant provides us with convenience, it still has many shortcomings. It is better to make it ourselves, such as scallion pancake. It’s easy to make, nutritious and healthy.
