1. After the carrots are steamed, peel them and crush them

2. Add flour and yeast and place in a warm place to ferment for about 2 hours. Press the dough with your finger. If it does not rebound or there is a honeycomb-like structure inside the dough, it is fermented.

3. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth and there are no large pieces of carrots. Divide it into several small doughs, try to make them the same size. Take one of them and roll it into a long strip.

4. Roll inwards from both sides of the strip

5. Roll to the middle and fold it, making both sides as large as possible.

6. Use chopsticks to pick it up from the bottom

7. Arrange the shape, let it rise for 15 minutes, and steam it for 15 minutes
