The famous crosstalk master Mr. Hou Baolin came to Shenyang, Liaoning for a performance in 1981 and tasted the dumplings in person, and wrote a banner saying "Laobian dumplings, the best in the world". Laobian dumplings are famous both at home and abroad for their thin skin, large fillings, fresh and delicious taste, rich but not greasy, and soft and easy to chew. 2. Li Liangui Smoked Pork Pancake

Smoked meat pancakes are unique among today's campus delicacies. Because they are simple and quick to make, they are loved by students and have become a quick breakfast for students on their way to class. I went to university in the Central Plains, and every restaurant in my university had a smoked meat pancake shop. According to my observation, no matter what time it was, morning, noon, or night, there were always students queuing up, which shows how popular smoked meat pancakes are. This delicious smoked meat pancake originated from Shenyang Li Liangui's smoked meat pancake, which was first created in 1842 and has a history of more than 160 years. Because Li's braised meat is clean, tender and fragrant, and the flatbread is soft, crispy and fragrant, Li Liangui's shop is always crowded with customers who come to taste the flatbread every day.

3. Altar meat

Tan Rou is a traditional delicacy in Shenyang, Liaoning. To make Tan Rou, you need to use pork belly and lean meat, cut them into square cubes, first fry sugar color in the pan and then stir-fry the meat cubes over high heat until they turn into a golden and translucent color, then add noodle sauce, ginger slices, scallion segments, garlic cloves, salt, aniseed, fermented bean curd, dark soy sauce and other seasonings, and finally simmer over low heat. 4.Shenyang Back

Xie Shun Yuan, a century-old restaurant, is famous for its signature dish Huitou. After several generations of inheritance and development, Xie Shun Yuan Huitou has become one of the symbols of Shenyang cuisine in Liaoning. Shenyang Huitou is a halal food, mainly made with beef as filling. Generally, the beef filling is wrapped in a thin dough, folded into a rectangle and fried in an oil pan. The fried Huitou is golden in color, delicious, and not greasy. It is the best choice for breakfast.

5. Fried chicken rack

One of the most common local snacks. Chicken rack is a whole chicken with the meat removed, leaving only the bones and a little meat on the bones.
