8. Tear the chicken breast by hand. The thinner the strips, the better.

11. Find a larger container to make mixing vegetables easier. Drain the vermicelli and put it into a container. Add shredded chicken, shredded green onion, coriander, baby spinach, salt, oyster sauce, fresh chicken juice, sesame oil, light soy sauce, and more rice vinegar and mix well.

12. Pour into a plate and garnish with a little. Place the peanuts on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions and coriander, and you can start eating!
