Oil-free banana muffins recipe

1. One egg, one banana, 80g plain flour, 60ml milk, and a little salt. (The serving size varies from person to person, please feel free to increase or decrease)

2. Cut banana into segments

3. Mash bananas

4. Add eggs, milk and salt and continue to stir well.

5. Pour in flour

6. Stir into paste

7. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Do not add oil. Pour a spoonful of batter directly into the pan. If the pan is large, you can add a few more spoonfuls of batter. Slowly fry for 2-3 minutes. Turn it over when small bubbles appear on the surface.

8. Turn over and fry for another minute or two.
