How to make golden tofu and stewed pancakes

1. Slice the white tofu and set aside.

2. Turn on the fire and add oil until it covers the bottom of the pot. When it is 80% hot, put the tofu in neatly.

5. Next, make the stewed pancakes. Wash the ingredients and beat the eggs.

6. Chop the pepper and carrot pickles into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Wait until the vinegar is enough to cover them and you can eat them as pickles. Dice tomatoes, eggplants, and pancakes, chop coriander and other ingredients, and beat the eggs with pepper (to remove the fishy smell).

7. Turn on the fire, add oil, heat it to 70%, pour in garlic slices, etc., stir-fry until fragrant, about half a minute.

8. Pour in 3 spoons of MSG and 6 spoons of vinegar and sauté for about half a minute.

9. Pour in tomatoes and stir-fry until juice comes out, about 1 minute. Big fire.

10. Pour in the eggplant and stir-fry evenly for about 1 minute. Just use medium to high heat.

11. Change to medium heat and pour purified water into the pot to cover the ingredients, about 1000 ml. Increase heat and bring to a boil.

12. After the water boils for the first time, turn to medium heat, add the pot cake and cook for about 2 minutes.

13. Then add the beaten eggs and cook for another minute, then turn off the heat and serve. After serving, add coriander for flavor.
