How to make glutinous rice cakes with meat filling

Meat-stuffed glutinous rice pancakes is a dish that many people can make. It does not require complicated ingredients. 1. Mix 300g glutinous rice flour and 100g cornstarch together, add boiling water and stir. Don’t add too much boiling water, because glutinous rice flour does not absorb water. I put too much water, and ended up adding a lot of glutinous rice flour later. (You can also use glutinous rice flour)

2. Cut the pork belly into small cubes, add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt and marinate for a while. Heat the pan and add oil, put the pork belly in and stir-fry for a while, add sauerkraut and dried tofu (chopped) and stir-fry for a while, then add bean sprouts (chopped), salt, cooking wine and soy sauce, cook until the water is dry, take out and let cool.

3.3. Divide the glutinous rice dough into small pieces, about the size of dumplings, pinch them into a pot shape, add the filling, gather the glutinous rice dough with both hands, slowly knead it into a circle, and flatten it.

4. Heat the pan, turn to low heat and add a little oil, put in the glutinous rice cakes, fry for one minute, add water, about half of the glutinous rice cakes, wait until the water is reduced to half, turn over and continue to simmer, turn over again when the water is dry, and fry until the surface is golden brown.
