Honey and jujube tea is actually a kind of tea made with honey and jujube. In fact, honey and jujube are both good for our health in life. A reasonable combination can achieve better health-care effects.

Method 1:

1) Wash the jujube, remove the core, tear it into pieces, add a few pieces of rock sugar and a few spoons of water, put it in a pot and cook over low heat, stir with a spoon to dissolve the sugar, and cook the mixture until it becomes viscous.

2) Place the dates in a small jar and let cool.

3) Pour honey into a small jar. You can see the honey slowly seeping into the bottom of the dates without covering them.

4) Close the lid. Cover the lid with plastic sheeting and then tie it with a rubber band.

5) Place in the refrigerator for three nights. Pitted jujubes and wolfberries should be steamed in a steamer first. Put brown sugar, wolfberries, honey, cinnamon powder, longan meat and purified water into a blender and blend them. Then put them in a sterilized container and put them in the refrigerator. 1) Soak 2 cups of seedless red dates in warm water for half an hour and wash. 2) Put the red dates in a blender, add one cup of water, and blend into a paste or chop. 3) Pour the beaten paste into the pot, add rock sugar and a cup of water. 4) Slowly simmer in a cooking pot or use an electric rice cooker to dry out excess water and turn it into a paste. 5) When it is warm, add honey and adjust the consistency.

6) Drink with water, or mix a spoonful with porridge in the morning.

Method 2:

Honey jujube tea [Ingredients] 150g dried jujube, 50g rock sugar, 250ml honey, 350ml water.

1. Rinse the dried red dates with running water, remove the loose soil on the surface, and then cut the dried red dates in half with a knife and dig out the pits.

2. Pour the pitted dried red dates and rock sugar into a small soup pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, cover with a lid, and continue to cook over low heat until the water is completely dried up (about 30 minutes).

3. Use a whisk to beat the ripe red dates directly in a small soup pot until they become red date paste, and then continue to use a low heat to dry out the little water that has been separated.

4. After the cooked red dates paste has cooled completely, put it into a clean glass bottle, then pour in honey and stir evenly with a small spoon.

5. When drinking, put 2 teaspoons (about 10 grams) of honey and jujube into a cup, then add warm water and stir well.
