Powdered spices are still popular today. Authentic Indian curry is made with spices such as cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and chili peppers. Method 1

1. Prepare the materials

Dice carrots, ham and shrimp

After the pan is hot, add a small amount of vegetable oil, stir-fry the carrots, ham, and shrimp cubes.

Pour in the rice and stir fry

Continue to stir fry evenly, and turn off the heat when you see the rice rolling one by one.
