Curry egg fried rice is a delicious dish with rice as the main ingredient. Curry is the crystallization of spices. A single spice could not remove the smell, so it was cooked with a thick sauce made from a combination of various spice powders. This is where curry comes from. Later, spices and curry were introduced to European countries that mainly ate meat. In order to facilitate storage and transportation, spices were exported in the form of dry goods. Powdered spices are still popular today. Authentic Indian curry is made with spices such as cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder and chili peppers. Method 1

1. Prepare the materials

Pour the egg yolk liquid into the rice, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil, one tablespoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of curry powder, appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir well, let each grain of rice be coated with egg yolk liquid and turn into golden yellow

Dice carrots, ham and shrimp

After the pan is hot, add a small amount of vegetable oil, stir-fry the carrots, ham, and shrimp cubes.

Pour in the rice and stir fry

Continue to stir fry evenly, and turn off the heat when you see the rice rolling one by one.
