3. Cut some ginger slices and green onion segments and marinate the pig heart for 2-4 hours! When roasting, remove the pig heart and the ginger and scallion segments;

6. After rubbing it dry, cut the pig heart into small strips as shown in the picture. You can tear it by hand or cut it with a knife. After cutting, put it on a plate and microwave it on high heat for 1.5 minutes. A special roasted pig heart is ready!
