1. Knead the flour and salt water into a smooth dough. It is best to knead it until a thin film can be pulled out. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.

6. Take out the round plate and immediately put it on the cold water surface. When it cools down, you can peel it off. A piece of cold skin is ready. Repeat this process until the batter is used up. Remember to apply oil between each layer of cold skin to prevent sticking.

7. Mix roasted dried red chili flakes, crushed peanuts (red skin removed) and cooked white sesame seeds, pour hot oil directly on top and mix well.
