Seafood Brick Tofu Recipe

1. Prepare all kinds of ingredients

8. Add the previously blanched mushrooms, straw mushrooms and shrimps and stir-fry, then add tomatoes, salt, sugar and a little rice wine.

9. Stir-fry quickly and evenly, add a little water starch to thicken the sauce, and drizzle a little sesame oil before serving

10. Pour seafood and vegetables on the tofu, serve and decorate slightly
