How to make braised beef brisket and radish with Zhuhou sauce

10. After blanching the radish, remove it and set aside;

11. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and see the red dot on the lid floating on top, which means there is pressure in the pot. Do not open the lid at this time and wait for it to cool down.

12. When the red dot on the lid sinks, it means the lid can be opened;

13. Add the blanched radish and about 80g of Chu Hou sauce;

14. Replace the glass lid of the pressure cooker and simmer over medium-high heat for 15 minutes;

15. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and taste.

16. Eat it while hot and dip it in hot sauce for a more delicious taste.
