How to make braised crucian carp with tofu

4. 5. After the water boils, add the tofu and try to shovel more of the ingredients onto the fish. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 8 minutes.

6. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, pick out the tangled onions and coriander and discard them, remove from heat, place on a plate, and sprinkle with the prepared onion and coriander pieces.
