14. Add minced meat and stir-fry for a few seconds;

15. Add a little salt;

16. Add chicken powder for seasoning;

17. Add lotus root and stir-fry for 10 seconds;

18. Finally, add the red pepper, stir-fry for a while, then drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
