How to make mushroom stuffed eggs

1. Soak the mushrooms until soft, wash them clean, remove the roots and stems and place them on a plate.

2. Place the quail eggs on top of the mushrooms and steam for ten minutes.

3. Wash the green vegetables and cut off some of the leaves.

4. Put it into boiling water and blanch it, then take it out.

5. Spread the vegetables around the plate.

6. Now it’s time to prepare the sauce. Pour the water used to steam the mushrooms into the pot, add salt, chicken essence and cornstarch to thicken.

7. Place the steamed mushrooms on the vegetables and drizzle with the thickened sauce.
