4. (Preheat the oven to 180 degrees at this time) Add lemon juice to egg whites and beat until coarse bubbles. Add 1/3 of fine sugar and beat until dense fine bubbles. Add another 1/3 of fine sugar and beat until lines appear. Add the remaining fine sugar and continue beating until it is a dry foam with small pointed corners.

7. Put two spoons of original cake batter into the piping bag and put the cut wax paper into the bottom of the chimney mold.

8. Draw irregular giraffe patterns on the wax paper randomly, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 1 minute.

9. Pour the two cake batters alternately into the mold, shake it twice to remove the bubbles, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to your own oven)

10. After coming out of the oven, shake it twice from a height of 10cm and immediately turn it upside down
