Take a rope according to the amount of radishes you want to dry, and tie a knot near the end (the knot is to facilitate drilling holes, and the rope is made of chemical fiber and easily unravels. If it is other ropes, this part can be omitted). 7.Slice all the radish. Hang it outdoors in the sun for 1-2 days (the time depends on the weather. The purpose of drying it at this time is to control the moisture and not to dry it too much). Put the dried radishes in a bowl, sprinkle a little salt evenly, and rub the radishes vigorously. Soak each slice of radish in salt. Don't put too much salt, just the amount you normally use for cooking. 8. Cover the rubbed radish slices with a lid and leave them overnight. The next day, take them out and dry them outdoors for a day. When storing, you can put it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate it in the freezer.
