How to make pork ribs with ice and sour plum

1. Wash the ribs carefully with clean water

2. Put the ribs into boiling water for blanching and then remove them

3. Pour the pork ribs soup into a bowl after skimming off the foam.

4. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat it up, add onion, ginger, peppercorns, and star anise, and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the ribs and stir-fry.

5. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and dark soy sauce during the stir-frying process (adding cooking wine at this time can remove the fishy smell of the ribs)

6. Pour the stir-fried ribs into another pot, and pour the rib soup from step 3 into the pot until it covers the ribs.

7. After the water boils, add 4 spoons of ice plum sauce and 1 spoon of seafood sauce, cover the pot and turn to medium-low heat for about an hour and a half.

8. Open the lid after one and a half hours and add appropriate amount of salt

9. Then cover the lid and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Open the lid and turn to high heat until the sauce thickens and then turn off the heat.
