How to cook spicy hairtail fish

1. Remove the internal organs of the hairtail, wash it and cut it into 5cm long pieces

4.1. Heat the pan, then pour in twice the amount of oil you normally use for cooking, add the hairtail pieces wrapped in dry starch, turn to low heat, and slowly fry the hairtail until one side is slightly yellow, then turn it over and fry it again until it is slightly yellow.

5.2 Take a dry plate, pour a little dry starch into it, coat both sides of the hairtail with a layer of dry starch, and shake off the excess starch.

6. Fry the hairtail pieces one by one

7. Leave a small amount of oil in the pan, heat it slightly, add Pixian bean paste, and stir-fry until red oil appears.

8. Add minced ginger, garlic slices, chili segments, peppercorns and a small amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry until fragrant

9. Add the fried hairtail slices, stir-fry, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes to make the hairtail slices taste good.

10. Add the pepper cubes and stir-fry, add a small amount of sugar and salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
