How to make Wenzhou fried vermicelli

9. Drain the noodles and stir-fry.

10. Add half a spoon of salt, half a spoon of sugar, and 1 spoon of cooking wine. Use the spatula in your left hand and chopsticks in your right hand to stir-fry quickly and evenly over high heat.

11. Finally, add the fried vegetables and a little chicken essence and stir well.

12. This is the fried vermicelli from Wenzhou, the hometown of Xuxu. You can also add some shredded pork when making it. However, I didn’t have time in the morning, so I didn’t add shredded pork. But it still tastes just as good.
