Materials

Half goose meat, soy sauce, cooking wine, onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise

1 Pour in a proper amount of oil, add ginger slices, garlic slices and onions and stir-fry until fragrant

4 Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor

5 Add dark soy sauce to adjust color and seasoning

6 Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce

7 After coloring and seasoning, the fragrance comes

8 Add water and simmer, add star anise

9. It will be cooked in about 40 minutes. My pot is quite energy-intensive, so it cooks very quickly.

10 Add salt and sugar, cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, and serve!
