1. Ingredients: 500g fresh scallops, 50g vermicelli, appropriate amount of green and red peppers, 1 head of garlic, 50ml steamed fish soy sauce, 25g oyster sauce.

13. Add oyster sauce.

14. Stir-fry quickly and evenly.

15. Use a small spoon to pour the cooked garlic paste into the scallop shells on the plate one by one.
