1. Wash 4 duck wings and set aside.

7. Add light soy sauce and rum and continue to stir-fry. A little more rum.

8. Add water and salt and stir evenly. After boiling over high heat, simmer for about 20 minutes over low heat, then return to high heat until the soup is dry.

9. Finally, serve on a plate.
