How to make spicy fried potato shreds

1.1 Chop the garlic into mince, cut the green onion into rings, cut the ginger into strips, and remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut into rings. (If you like spicy food, you don’t need to remove the seeds of the chili pepper; if you don’t like spicy food, you don’t need to add it.)

2.2 Cut the potatoes into thin slices, and then cut them into potato shreds of uniform thickness.

3.1 Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4.2 Heat the pan and sauté the garlic, ginger and chili.

5. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir well.
