1. Pour hot water into the flour, stir the flour with chopsticks while pouring water, and stir it into snowflake-shaped dough. Then pour half of the cold water, knead the flour into dough, cover it with a cloth, and let the dough rise on one side;

2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into strips, cut the tenderloin into thin strips, cut the green onion into strips, mince the ginger, beat the eggs into egg liquid, add appropriate amount of water and salt to the egg liquid, and stir well;

3. Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pan, heat the pan, pour the egg liquid in batches, spread it into a thin egg skin, and then cut the egg skin into shreds;

4. Take out the dough and knead it evenly, roll it into long strips, cut it into several pieces, flatten the cut dough, and then roll it into thin round dough sheets;

6. 7. Flatten the wrapper, place cucumber strips, egg skin shreds and pork shreds on it in order, and then roll it up.
