How to make fried potato boxes

1. After the potatoes are cooked, peel them and mash them while they are still hot. Add appropriate amount of salt and crushed black pepper, mix well, and let cool for later use.

2.1 Take a frying pan, pour in a proper amount of oil and heat it up, then pour in the onion pieces and a little salt and stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

3.2 Pour out the pepper tuna and drain the juice with a strainer, cut the onion into small pieces, and shred the cheese for later use.

6. Prepare flour, breadcrumbs and egg liquid.

8. Add the filling and slowly close the top with your thumb and index finger.

9. After closing the edges, gently pinch it into a pancake shape with your hands.

10. Coat each one evenly with flour, then with egg liquid, and finally with bread crumbs.

11. Put the prepared dough into 70% hot oil and fry until both sides are golden brown; (Be sure to be gentle when turning it over, otherwise it will easily crack. You can also add more oil and let the whole dough be soaked in oil and fried. I do this to save oil).

12. After the fried potato boxes are done, take them out and place them on oil-absorbing paper. Let them cool down a little before eating.
