How to make Arctic scallops with garlic

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The garlic-mixed scallops introduced below are very suitable for making.

1.Cut the Arctic scallops in half and clean them.

2.1 Cut the cucumber in half, slice one half, marinate it with salt, squeeze out the water, and shape the other half into a flower to use for the edges.

3.2 Tear off the thick celery strips and cut into small strips.

4.1 Blanch the Arctic scallops in boiling water for 5-6 seconds at a time, remove and drain. (Don’t keep it hot for too long, or it will eat the rubber.)

5.2 Peel and mince the garlic.

6.1 Add mustard and sugar into light soy sauce and mix well. (Because of the children, I only squeezed about 1 inch of mustard.)

7.2 Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little oil to the original pot of water, blanch the celery until the water boils again, remove from the pot and rinse with cold water to keep it crisp and green.

8. Heat corn oil and sesame oil in a small pot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. (My family is not used to eating raw garlic.)

9. Pour the garlic oil into the mustard soy sauce and mix well.

10. Then pour in the Arctic berries and mix well.

11. Place cucumber slices and celery on the bottom of the plate.

12. Add the Arctic scallops, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and decorate with cucumbers around the edges.
