Method 1

Ingredients preparation

1.5 tablespoons of Tom Yum Goong sauce, fresh prawns, fresh straw mushrooms, galangal, lemongrass, lime, mint leaves, bay leaves, red pepper, fish sauce, olive oil, coconut milk, a pinch of salt

Production steps

1. Wash shrimps and straw mushrooms, wash and chop red pepper, lemongrass and galangal, and slice green lemon;

2. Heat oil in a pan, fry the prawns in olive oil until pink;

3. Add 6 cups of water to the original pot, add 1 spoon of salt and 2 spoons of coconut milk, add chopped lemongrass, chopped red pepper, lime slices, mint leaves and bay leaves into the water and boil;

4. Add the straw mushrooms and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Add fish sauce and fresh lemon juice to season and then remove from the heat and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 minutes.

Method 2

8 fresh shrimps, 1 liter chicken broth, 1 lemongrass, 50 grams of ginger, 1 cilantro, 200 grams of straw mushrooms, some fresh chili, 1.5 tablespoons of Tom Yum Goong sauce, 5 tablespoons of lime juice, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a small amount of chicken stock

Production steps

1. Wash and peel the shrimps (optional).

2. Remove the stems of the straw mushrooms, wash them, and cut them in half.

3. Crush the ginger, crush the lemongrass and cut into sections, and wash the coriander.

4. Pour the chicken soup into the pot and add ginger, lemongrass and coriander.

5. Add the straw mushrooms after the soup boils.

Method 3

Ingredients: Shrimp, clams, straw mushrooms, chili pepper, Tom Yum Goong sauce, lemongrass, ginger, lemon, sugar, coconut milk, fish sauce, white pepper

practice:

1. Remove the shrimp shells and shrimp threads, put the clams in light salt water for half an hour to spit out the sand, blanch the processed shrimps and clams, wash and drain.

2. Slice the straw mushrooms and blanch them to remove the grassy smell, then wash and drain. Take two or three chili peppers and cut them into small pieces for later use.

3.Cook lemongrass and ginger slices in boiling water for about 30 minutes until fragrant. Then filter out the lemongrass and ginger slices, leaving the soup.

4. Bring the remaining soup to a boil, add the blanched straw mushrooms, shrimps, clams, chopped chilies, Tom Yum Goong sauce, a small amount of fish sauce, salt (can be added at the end depending on the saltiness), sugar, white pepper powder, stir well and remove the floating foam.

5. Squeeze an appropriate amount of lemon juice into the boiling soup.

6. Boil for about fifteen minutes, pour in coconut milk and mix well, remove from heat and turn off the heat.

Method 4

Main ingredients: fresh mushrooms, lobster

Accessories: lemongrass, lemon leaves, lemon

Seasoning: ginger, instant tom yum soup ingredients, chili (red, small), basil, olive oil, coconut milk, salt, fish sauce

practice:

1. There are many ingredients, please prepare them as appropriate. Cut the straw mushrooms in half and set aside.

2. Add 700ml of water to the pot, add lemongrass, ginger slices, lemon leaves and basil and boil the water. Add chili pepper and Tom Yum soup cubes, or you can use Tom Yum sauce instead. After cooking for about 20 minutes and the aroma comes out, remove the ingredients and discard them.

3. Add straw mushrooms and cook together. Add the peeled shrimp.

4. Add fish sauce. Add coconut milk (10g coconut milk powder + 20ml water).

5. Finally, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Add lemon juice and serve.
