1. Ingredients: tofu, pork with fermented black beans, spicy fermented black bean sauce, and green onions.

2. Chop the fermented black beans, green onions and pork into fine pieces and set aside.

3. Take the rennet tofu out of the box and cut it into thick slices.

4. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chopped dried black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add a large spoonful of spicy black bean sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. (If you like spicy taste, you can add more)

7. Add the minced meat, cooking wine, a little light soy sauce and sugar.

8. Stir-fry the meat over medium-low heat until the meat aroma comes out, then turn off the heat.
