1. 120g soaked shiitake mushrooms, 100g rapeseed hearts, 50g pork filling, 3g salt, 2g chicken powder, 15g rice wine, 5g soy sauce, 15g oyster sauce, a little white pepper powder, and an appropriate amount of water starch.

2.1 Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce for flavor.

3.2 Add chopped green onion, ginger and a little salt to the meat filling.

5.2 After marinating the minced meat for 10 minutes, sprinkle with a little white pepper.

6.1 Stir with chopsticks until firm.

9.2 Sprinkle a little dry starch on the mushrooms, then stuff the meat filling onto the mushrooms.

10. Place the mushroom box in a pot of boiling water.

11. Cover with lid, steam over high heat for 5 minutes and then take out.

12. Place the steamed mushroom boxes on a plate, blanch the Chinese cabbage in a soup made with salt, chicken powder and oil, remove and set aside.

13. Heat the wok on the fire, pour in a little oil and sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, then add a little soy sauce and oyster sauce.

14. Thicken with water starch.

15. Pour the sauce over the mushroom boxes and it is done.
