How to make steamed fish with ginger and scallion

1. Remove the internal organs of the fish, clean it, make two cuts on the back of the fish on both sides, wipe off the excess water on the fish, and marinate it with salt, pepper and cooking wine for 5 minutes

2. Put the scallion segments under the fish and the ginger slices into the fish belly and head.
